Mestské muzeum sídlí v bývalé radnici na námestí. Z nových expozic uvedme Vývoj osídlení povodí horní Svratky, Uran na Vysocine, Geologický vývoj Bystricka a unikátní expozici Havírna. Nechybí tu historické i národopisné sbírky, zemedelství, cechy a remesla, umelecká litina ze štepánovských železáren, prostor venovaný Gustavu Pflegrovi Moravskému i obrazum akademického malíre Aloise Lukáška. /
City Museum is housed in the former Town Hall on Masaryk Square. The development of new exhibits state settlements along the upper Svratka river, Uranus on vysocina Region, geological evolution and a unique exposure Bystrice Furnace. There is also the historical and ethnographic collections, agriculture, and craft guilds, art of štepánovských cast iron, the space devoted to Gustav Pflegrovi images and Moravian painter Alois Lukas.
