This memorial is in the memorial garden on Norfolk Gardens down the side of the City Hall.

The plaque contains a phrase from Rig Veda, the first book of Hindus “ EKAM SAT VIPRAHA BAHUDA VADANTI” This can be translated as “There is only one truth, only men describe it in different ways”
