This is a old bell called 'Osanna' located in the inner courtyard of the Altes Schloss (Old Castle) in Stuttgart, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.
There's a plaque nearby the bell telling the bell had been produced in 1550 by the master Hans Rosenhart (1507-1959) for the abbot Johannes III. Schweikhöfer from Neresheim(1545-1566).
