The Compass Rose is the base of the anodised aluminum sundial, lying within the brick walls of the encirculing plaza.

This anodised aluminum sundial and encircling plaza were built in the spring and summer of 1984 as the major project of the eight month anniversary celebration. The sundial is located near the southwest corner of Pechanec Hall on the Clark College campus, Vancouver, Washington. My GPSr with its red cord is lying midway on south point.Instructions for logging waymark: Only one log per location per person. A photograph is required of the Compass Rose either with you and/or your GPSr in the picture.
