This Chili's reopened in the spring of '08. Originally, this site was called the Greenbrier Restaurant, dating back to the 70s. I worked here in the 80s. This area was called race track circle as the Garden State Race Track was across the street. The highway used to be a circle and this site was on the circle.
The Chilis is very nice inside with an exceptional bar. It is the most modern of these places I have seen. Parking is a little dicey as they share the site with a private restaurant, the same situation as before the fire. There is also a To Go entrance on the rear left of the building. Careful when pulling out as traffic is horrible!
