Seweby Hall was built between 1714 and 1720. It is now no longer family owned, it is owned by the Bridlington Corporation.
It houses many pictures and displays local art work as well. It also has a room dedicated to Amy Johnson, she opened the hall as a museum in 1936.
There is a small zoo and animal park as well with landscaped grounds overlooking the sea.
There is a wonderful clock set into the flowerbed outside the cafe. When we visited it had been planted in honour of the GirlGuiding Centenary.
