[cs] Uherské Hradište je jedním z hlavních center regionu bohatého na památky, víno a lidové tradice - Slovácka - regionu, proslulého svébytným folklorem, cimbálovou muzikou, dobrým vínem, prekrásnými kroji a radou dochovaných lidových tradic.
V rohu námestí, prímo vedle Reduty, stojí budova nové radnice, postavená mestskou sporitelnou v letech 1891 - 1893 podle plánu brnenských architektu Vojtecha Dvoráka a Karla Welzla. V její obradní síni jsou nástenné malby zachycujíci výjevy z dejin mesta, které vytvoril známý malír Joža Úprka.
[En] Uherske Hradiste is one of the major centers in the region rich in monuments, wine and folk traditions - Moravian Slovakia - the region famous peculiar folklore, dulcimer music, good wine, beautiful costumes and a number of preserved folk traditions.
In a corner of the square, right next to Reduta, is building a new City Hall, City Savings Bank, built in 1891 - 1893 according to plans Brno architects Vojtech Dvorak and Karel Welzl. In the ceremonial hall of the wall paintings depicting scenes from the history of the city that created the famous painter Joza Uprka.
