Huge stone window on the top of the peak of Ohnište (The Fireplace) located in the Liptov region in the Low Tatras, central Slovakia.

The mountain and its surrounding is located in a natural reserve. You can reach the cache spot from Liptovsky Jan or Maluzina through Svidovske sedlo following an official marked foot trail. Hiking map of the area:

The caves along your way from Liptovsky Jan (Jaskyna zlomísk , Velká Stanišovská jaskyna, Sokolová jaskyna, Medvedia jaskyna , Partizánska jaskyna) are unfortunately closed to the public. But if you will be going from Liptovsky Jan, then notice places, where the Stiavnica creek suddenly disappears in the ground and then reemerges after 1,5 km from a cave (see additional waypoints). Below the main top of Ohniste (close to the cache coordinates) there is a 125 m deep chasm called Velká ladová priepast (Great Ice Abbys).
A spectacular example of the erosion is the 20m high rock window on top of the ridge close to the mountain summit. Official marked foot trail is not leading as far as the stone window is. However, you can see it from some distance, like on attached pictures.
