The Burrito Union is a great restaurant in Duluth, MN. They have delicious burritos with fresh ingredients - not some squishy ooze pumped into a tortilla. Alternatively, you can get what you want in a burrito, a bowl or as a salad. Townies all know about it, but tourists often miss out. They offer vegan choices as well. Highly recommended.
If you can eat their biggest burrito - The Rasputin - you get a free sticker of Rasputin. Delish!
The hours are M-F open at 11am (breakfast served until 1pm) and weekends it opens at 9am. Stay late, because it's a rockin' restaurant/bar.
