The Weißseespitze is a 3518 m high mountain in the Ötztal Alps on the border of South Tyrol. It is situated at the western end of the Gepatschferner. One of relatively flat summit rising slope is easy to reach as high alpine glaciers on the Brandenburg house. The only glacier-free rise out of the hut from the south to the Weißkugel Falginjoch and the west ridge to the summit. To the north the Weißseespitze breaks off with a 500 m high Firnwand to the Weißseeferner and forms the valley of the Kaunertal. South are two smaller glaciers remains, and the addition of milanz Falginferner. Since the construction of the Kaunertal Glacier Road, the shortest ascent is from the end of the Weißseeferner Falginjoch and leads to the west ridge to the summit.

Die Weißseespitze ist ein 3.518 m hoher Berg in den Ötztaler Alpen an der Grenze von Tirol zu Südtirol. Der Berg liegt am Westende des Gepatschferners. Der hier relativ flach ansteigende Gipfelhang ist als leichte Hochtour über Gletscher zu erreichen vom Brandenburger Haus. Der einzige gletscherfreie Anstieg führt von der Weißkugelhütte von Süden zum Falginjoch und über den Westgrat zum Gipfel. Nach Norden bricht die Weißseespitze mit einer 500 m hohen Firnwand zum Weißseeferner ab und bildet den Talschluss des Kaunertals. Südlich liegen zwei kleinere Gletscherreste, der Milanzer Ferner und der Falginferner. Seit dem Bau der Kaunertaler Gletscherstraße führt der kürzeste Anstieg von deren Ende über den Weißseeferner auf das Falginjoch und den Westgrat zum Gipfel.
