Tikhvin Cemetery was founded in 1823 and became the resting place of
many prominent Russian personalities. The most visited place is the
grave of Dostoevsky, but visitors tend also to other giants of Russian
art and history. There are more than 160 graves. You can find here the graves of Rimsky-Korsakov, Borodin and Tchaikovsky and many others. For better orientation, you can use map located in the southeast corner of the cemetery or the plan purchased at the entrance to the cemetery.
