Tokyo Sea Life Park is part of Kasai Rinkai Koen Park and is close to Tokyo Disneyland. It was built in 1992.

Notable design features are its glass dome, and and a surrounding infinity pool blending in with Tokyo Bay, giving a dramatic view.

The center piece is a circulating tank with blue fin tuna and other large fish. There is a strong educational emphasis with many displays featuring aspects of the Tokyo Bay ecosystem, and hands-on exhibits for children. The penguin habitat has a dozen species or so of penguins which can be quite entertaining.

The aquarium is easily accessed from the Kasai Rinkai Koen rail station.
