Basic painted white Apollo spacecraft test module placed in front of a Dairy Queen just south of Franklin, PA. The DQ owner purchased it from a salvage dealer in Grove City, PA, back in 1982.

To avoid using up all the really expensive furnished spacecraft, "boilerplate" versions of the Apollo mission capsules were created for unmanned land and water impact tests and other purposes. Some never went anywhere, but luckily this one nabbed a post-Apollo mission to encourage human-cone encounters.

The DQ is located at 1578 Pittsburgh Rd in Franklin, PA.
