This grade II listed building was originally built in 1914. It was later bought by Bradford Council who refurbished it in 1986. It has an Art Deco exterior with an Edwardian style interior, complete with lavish French-style plasterwork.

It stages many types of entertainment including musicals, drama, concerts and over the Christmas period pantomimes.

It has a restaurant where it is possible to have a 2 course dinner before the show. Alternatively it is possible to order such things as champagne and strawberries in the lounges.

If you don’t wish to eat at the theatre, there is a wide variety of places to eat nearby, including Chinese, Italian, Vegetarian and Indian options.
