Situated on the road between Pirinoa and the coast, 3km from Lake Ferry is this motel and holiday park, advertised as Pets By Arrangement, but very accommodating for families with a small dog - even allowing the fur-child to reside in the motel room.

We were looking for accommodation with our dog for a summer holiday in the Wairarapa area Xmas 2009, and were pleasantly surprised and very pleased to find this motel and holiday park.
Facilities include:
2 SELF CONTAINED MOTEL UNITS, both with log fire, as it can get quite cold in the Wairarapa in Winter. Costs $95 a night per double with all linen supplied, bathroom, and kitchen facilities in each unit, and sleep up to 6. With the dog it cost my wife and I $100 per night.
CABINS, costing $65 double per night. All Bed linen supplied, each cabin includes fridge, TV, microwave, tea making, crockery, etc.

TENT SITES, costing $12 pp per day (children under 12 = $6)
CARAVAN SITES, also costing $12 pp per day (children under 12 = $6)
plus $5 daily charge for power site
In addition the Holiday Park contains:
* Common room kitchen with communal Fridge/Freezer, Crockery/Cutlery etc with lounge area, with couches, TV, DVD, library and Board games.
* Swimming Pool
* Portable BBQ and a number of picnic tables
* Children’s Playground, Trampoline
3 km to Lake Ferry, hotel, shop and sea, and near the turnoff to the Cape Palliser coast road. Pirinoa is 5 minutes up the road, where there is a Post Office, and 4Square general store.
