The Church of Santo Onofre, also known as the Mother Church of Caldas da Rainha, integrates all of the Hospital Termal Rainha D. Leonor has a set of seven bells dating from 1507.

Originally formed in the Chapel of the Thermal Hospital, under the invocation of Santo Onofre.
