These large solar panels are located next to the Solar Power Exhibit Hall at the Sangju Museum in the town of Sangju, Korea. There are also solar powered light poles here.

This exhibit hall was opened in 2008 at the northwest end of the museum grounds. There are large adjacent solar panels, and light poles with solar power here. It is unclear whether these power only this building or also the main museum building.
Although the museum itself has an impressive web site there is no mention of this building and its exhibits.
