This large stainless steel sculpture depicts bicyclists in honor of the annual bicycle festival held in Sangju, Korea. It is located on the south side of Buckcheon Citizens Park which is situated on both sides of the Nakdong River.

The city of Sangju, Korea, is known as the "Bicycle Capital" of Korea. Not only is there an annual bicycle festival, but the city claims to have the highest number of bicycles in use per capita of any city in the country. There are several sculptures of bicycles around town, as well as a new Bicycle Museum.
