This is a very nice statue of St. Martin, the beggar and the horse.
It is located at the Eugen-Bolz-Platz in Rottenburg, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.

The statue is very unusual. The two humans (St. Martin and the beggar) are made figerativ. The horse is just a 'hole' in a big steal plate. St Martin is not sitting on his horse. He's standing eye to eye to the beggar.

The nearby dome is consecrated to St Martin.

St. Martin (Martin of Tours, Latin: Sanctus Martinus Turonensis) was a Bishop of Tours whose shrine became a famous stopping-point for pilgrims on the road to Santiago de Compostela. Around his name much legendary material accrued and he has become one of the most familiar and recognizable Christian saints. He is considered a spiritual bridge across Europe, given his association with both France and Hungary.
He is a patron saint of France, soldiers, and horses.
