The Phenix City Amphitheater is a large outdoor theater that does offer fee concerts, community activities, and theatrical event throughout the year. Some events are free, others are very reasonably priced at either $5 or $10 per person admission. A large parking lot in front allows the commumity not only a place to park for the theater events, but also a place to park while they walk along the Alabama side Riverwalk hike and bike paths that can be accessed at the Amphitheater. There are several other waymarks in this general location, so it is a "waymark dense" area.
