This is in the middle of the parking lot so parking is easy. This waymark is not for the structure, this waymark is for the inscription. As stated before, I have already submitted this into the dated cornerstones and plaques category and have got declined as this not a building. I am not waymarking the structure as a whole, but rather this small dated inscription which does not have any other fits to any other category except this one. The structure as a whole has already been waymarked into other categories, but not the inscription.
