Access to this small temple is tricky. Turn right while north bound on Route 1 in Cheonan. (Look for a sign to Chung Song Temple - 청송사 ). It is a narrow over pass crossing IC-1 with a sharp turn, usually made narrower by parked cars. Another sharp turn brings you to a very small parking area just below the Temple, where there are restrooms and a guide map to the trail up the mountain that begins here.

The trail is gradual near the bottom, but has steeper portions as it nears the summit 9 kilometers away. It is a peaceful walk, and a well-maintained trail with resting spots, drinking water, and exercise stops along the way (just in case you want to get in a few sit-ups or spend a few minutes on the parallel bars). There are even some geocaches near the trail, if you need another diversion.
