Paletínská chapel is dedicated to the 14th Holy helpers - defenders against the plague. The chapel is situated eastward from small city Luže in East Bohemia. The octagonal chapel was completed in 1724 to commemorate the end of a great plague.

Paletínská kaple pochází z roku 1724. Je osmihranná. Vnejší i vnitrní zdi jsou cleneny pilastry a je v ní oltár Ctrnáci svatých pomocníku, ochráncú proti moru. Dríve se zde trikrát rocne sloužívala mše svatá.
