This small church (only 26 by 13 feet) is located in Capel-Y-Ffin meaning "chapel of the boundary" due to it location near the border of Monmouthshire in Wales and Herefordshire in England. The hamlet really does not have much, a phone box, a church and two chapels. The church was built in was built in 1762, replacing an earlier 15th century structure. The small porch at the entrance was added 1817.
The churchyard has some very old yew trees and some interesting gravestones.
The church is open during daylight hours. Beware of the church cat, he is extremely friendly and will try to steal your heart.
