and is surrounded by a white wooden picket fence.

The triangle of land in which the pump stands is between Grafton Road, Moorend Road and High Street.
A plaque reads:

MILLENNIUM PROJECT
REPLACEMENT OF
VILLAGE PUMP, WELLHEAD,AND SIGNPOST
ORIGINAL CIRCA 1900 -1950
and planting of 21 oak and beech trees.
Grant aided by South Northamptonshire Council
through the Millennium Grant Scheme.
