Areál se skládá z budovy krytého bazénu, venkovního bazénu a sportovních a rekreacních ploch. Soucástí vnitrního bazénu je mimo jiné detský bazén pro výuku plavání, zábavné atrakce (divoká reka, dve vírivky, relaxacní bazén, detské brouzdalište), obcerstvení. Venkovní cást areálu je využívána v letních mesících. K dispozici je zde velký bazén, detské brouzdalište a hrište pro sportovní aktivity. V budove krytého bazénu je cást prostor pronajata dalším subjektum pro provoz služeb, napr. kadernictví, fittnes, restaurace.
The complex consists of building an indoor pool, outdoor pool and sports and recreational areas.
