Human forms sculpture made of steel (covered in rust) at the TN Welcome Center. Easily visible at the entrance end on the rest area in the grass as they are about 10' tall.

The sculpture is called "Citizens" by Joe Falsetti funded by the Tennessee Arts Commission.
