This location is a great viewpoint above Santana on the north shore. The elevation is 543 m abouve the sea. The cliffs along this coast are amazing! There are great views to the peaks like Pico Ruivo and a panorama of Santana and along the coast west but the views are limited to the east due to rapidly growing trees.
This is a round trip hike of less than an hour along a muddy roadway with a zig zag clime to the viewpoint.
