The Kenai Fjords Full-Day Wildlife Tours is a great six hour cruise through Resurrection Bay on a small cruise boat where you will be able to see various wildlife as well as several glaciers.

In Seward, at the Small Boat Harbor, is where the Kenai Fjords Full-Day Tour begins its trek around Resurrection Bay, where you can see the beautiful landscape of the Kenai Fjords National Park as well as the wildlife that is spotted on the way, on a six-hour tour in a fast moving small cruise ship.
The tour starts at about 11:30 in the morning and comes back at 5:30. The boat moves along the Seward shoreline, then to more open water to Bear Glacier, then around a point passing other glaciers to a resting point at Aialik Glacier to hear the sounds of the ice, then back on the east side Resurrection Bay. Along the way, wildlife will be spotted such as Dahl's porpoises, seaotters, sea lions, puffins, and mountain goats.
Along the way, a National Park Service Ranger will provide a narration of the trip, giving descriptions of the landscape features and wildlife, and added stories relevant to the trip.
Ticket prices aren't cheap. We were able to go on at a discount due to the fact that the person we were with had been on cruises with this company before. If you select the dinner for $19, you get an all-you-can-eat salmon and prime rib dinner.
The cruises are seasonal, as the weather and the oceans turn for the worst in late fall and winter.
