This aqueduct is located next to the ruins of Aquincum, former roman city of Budapest. The ruins are running paralell with the Szentendrei út. You can find some zebras to reach them safely. The aqueduct is partly renovated, but some part of it is missing. It was the most important aqueduct in the ancient Aquincum.
This (formerly) 5-mile long, five feet high aqueduct about a thousand pillars assured the water supply of the city.
