Located in the north east corner of the National Trust car park the start of this boardwalk is near an information board detailing the area. The Studland Heath, Beach and South West Coast Path are all described.

The boardwalk stops short of the beach as you reach the end of the dunes. There are some tall marsh reeds growing in boggy ground which regularly floods. The area of Studland Heath is a National Nature Reserve containing some special habitats for a variety of wildlife.

Access to the boardwalk is OK for disabled users but the beach at the other end is not accessible in an ordinary wheelchair.
Length: 25m

Physically Challenged Accessible?: yes
