V peknem malem parku na namesti v Presticich, stoji socha ceskeho vyznamneho statnika Tomase Gearrigue Masaryka (narozen 7. brezna 1850 Hodonin – zemrel 14. zari 1937 Lany). Byl to prvni ceskoslovensky prezident, filozof, pedagog a politik.
In a nice little park on the square in Prestice, stands a statue of the czech eminent statesman Tomas Gearrigue Masaryk (born March 7, 1850 Hodonin - died September 14, 1937 Lany). It was the first czechoslovak president, philosopher, educator and politician.
