LIVENDONI

(TIO is the Brythonic Genitive)

Translated - (The stone of) Rugniatis, son of Vendonius, with traces of Ogam.

The lightly carved double beaded quadruple triangular panel above is a Celtic ring-cross add in 7th-9th century A.D..
