Excerpts from their webpage: "Sinton Dairy processes more than 220 million pounds of milk each year, and more than 9 million pounds of cottage cheese and 3 million pounds of sour cream. Sinton Dairy introduced pasteurization to the Pikes Peak region in 1907. It was, at that time, a very controversial subject. All fluid milk products, cultured products, and ice cream mixes produced at our plant are certified free of the artificial growth hormone rBST."
