Monument erected in honor of gardener of the city, at the initiative of the Municipality of Lisbon.

The resulting group of sculptures and mixed media techniques such as reddish cement, concrete, stone and iron.

The abstract sculpture of iron has the particularity of spades represent on the disposition of the blades, placed in a semicircular motion, symbolize the power expended by the gardener to "dig" the land.

This piece rests on a stone pedestal, where it is placed the tombstone of appreciation "Homage CML their gardeners - December 1985."

The sculptural elements in iron (blades) are twice the size. The part dimensions are 1.70 m high, 1m wide and 1.70 m deep.
