This mural depicts two different crates of glowing fruit set on a background of the local fields and orchards, with the coast range in the distance. The City of Watsonville in association with private businesses has a project to reproduce some of the historic fruit and vegetable labels which once represented Watsonville agriculture. The original labels were graphically sophisticated and enticing, and well deserve being reproduced on this large scale to beautify downtown Watsonville.
