This watermill is situate in the shore of the Mill-lake in Tapolca.
First the romans might have swollen this pond to carry with the wheel.
The first mill is sure to come from the Árpád-era, which was then continuously extended, and in the 18-th. century has been destructed for built the present water mill.
The other buildings around the lake also built with the mill, formed the today's beautiful environment. The former water mill's building now a hotel.
