This Defender has been stripped of its engine and gearbox and has been set up to encourage interactive education about the zoo's Serengeti Cheetah Project. It has been equipped with information panels, a 'flap game' and an input keyboard to simulate the tracking of animals in the wild.

It is next to 'Cheetah Rock' from where there is often a cheetah on the lookout.
