The USA embassy in Phnom Penh is near the centre of the town, in a nice part of the town, near the river, and is rather large, covering a city block. It is also fortified, with gates and strong looking fences. The aesthetic is black and white.
Photography of the building is not allowed. I was waved away from across the street. I took the snaps herein from the nearby Wat Phnom.
