I decided to waymark this clock, even though neither the clock, nor its vacant train station, are operational, because I believe that the Cambodian rail system will one day be restored. There is constant talk of such.
The clock is of a fairly basic design, situated above the main entrance to the station, in dark colours, and with Roman numerals. Before the clock is a large paved open area—once, no doubt, filled with busy people coming and going.
Based on the similarity in design, to the Phnom Penh Central Market, I would date the train station and its clock to the 1930s.
