Driving in I saw the arrow pointing to the pet walk area, the the 'no pets allowed' sign on the same post. Parking near this, we got the dogs out. She immediately pointed and said 'wait, no pets allowed'. I walked her over to where the arrow was visible. We both agreed that this was a funny sign placement. How else are you supposed to access the pet walk from this parking area without passing through the no pet zone?
