The trailhead is located between the two aerial lift stations on Cardada. The trail has a lenght of about 3 kilometers and features information and short games related to the badger. This trail was installed by local teachers and their classes. Signs and information tables are in Italian and German.
The area can be accessed by aerial lift from Locarno.
