The two dogs shown here are Dandy and Little Dick. A boy and a girl hold them. They are made of stone and overlook the long pathway which leads to Lady Lake. Dandy and Little Dick are buried in the dog cemetery in the woodland of Wrest Park estate.

Wrest Park is open to the public and belongs to English Heritage. The De Grey family owned the estate from the 13th century to 1917. Most of the statues date to the 18th century and were made by John Cheere.

Nearer to the rear terrace and entrance to Wrest Park house there are two large dog statues shown in the gallery. They reside at N52 00.467, W000 24.637. We can find no further information thus have included them here.

Another such dog statue resides by the river within the grounds at N52 00.012 W000 24.863 and is also included here in the gallery.
