The main entrance to the Robert L. B. Tobin Park in San Antonio, TX is from the access road of Loop 410, heading east between Harry Wurzbach and Starcrest. The flora and fauna information board is located between the large statue of Tobin and the compass rose marker. The information tells about not only the animals and plants to be found in this park, but also shows the overall plan San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department had to connect a series of Greenbelt Project into a citywide circle of interconnected hike and bike trails. The Tobin Park is one of the parks. There is a separate panel giving information about the background of the Tobin family and Robert L. B. Tobin's philantropic support of the Arts.
