It truely is a Troublesome Creek! On the current State of Alaska website for Troublesome Creek (http://dnr.alaska.gov/parks/units/denali2.htm), there is this regarding the creek:
"**Troublesome Creek Trail between the Upper Troublesome Creek Trailhead and alpine is closed due to severe flood damage. Several miles of the trail is completely washed out in the canyon area and is very difficult to traverse due to steep and brushy terrain. Use is not recommended until repairs are made. "
