This marker is located in Stillwater, Oklahoma's Morningside Park. It is a small city park with two historical markers near the parking area, a large Stillwater welcome sign, a few benches, and a grassy area with trees.
On the marker, about 1/3 way down, are two flowers, one above each city's name. On the left it says "Kameoka" under a flower, with the word also in Japanese. On the right, under another flower, it says "Stillwater" and the Japanese writing underneath.

Dedicated in honor of the sister cities relationship between Stillwater and Kameoka. this plaque is placed here to commemorate the participation of the sister cities of Stillwater and Kameoka, Japan.
