This special brake van now houses the Scenic Model Railway Layout. Belonging to the Conwy Valley Railway Museum access to the model is free with a 50p charge to see the trains moving. The model spans 39 feet and includes some interesting scenes with much detail.

The SR Parcels Brake Van No. 407 was built around 1935 for the Southern Railway. It was used as the Parcels Train Brake Van and was bought from Micheldever in 1973. It is 39' 8" long and weighs 16 tons.
