This is a windmill made for sale through the T. Eaton Co. stores. This is the company that would grow to become the iconic Canadian department store, Eaton's, before the company went bankrupt in 1999.

There is a museum on site and there is a fee to enter but the windmill can be observed from the parking lot for free.
