Long (3-4 hr) layover in JFK gave time to hit the expensive and slow food court (bring own empty water bottle and fill at drinking fountain) which has Boar's Head (deli sandwiches, which were very good), Cheeburger Cheeburger (uses peanut oil for frying), CIBO Express Gourmet Market (cooler stuff, salad by ounce), Dunkin' Donuts, us Famiglia Pizzeria, Fresh Italian Pasta (looked good), Lucy's Asian Kitchen, Philly Cheesesteaks, and Pomes Frites.

Lots of seating both bench and tables (used for card games).
