A few words about the history of the village:
Jinošov first mentioned only in 1349th. Formed a separate estate, but soon was proprietarily scrappy and often kept alternating nobility. In 1418 there were two fortresses.

At that time, was already one of the deserted fort.
Between 1497 - 1535 owned by noblemen from Jinošov Eberharce, after the Lords Breznictí of Nachod. They sold the farm in 1615 to the square where the village belonged to the demise patriominální administration in 1846. The other major domain owner námeštského not forget the gentlemen from Žerotín, ruling there until 1628, and counts of Werdenberg Enckevoirtu and especially the last feudal clans - the earls of Haugwitz.
While the former top of the fortress walls remained only in the garden Kancnýru c.p.27, lower fort of Lords Eberharce on which dwelt the Breznictí of Nachod, was converted to the parish.
Even today in the 1 floor of the building preserved portal with the coat of arms of John of Nachod, dated 1537, like the arms of Jan Breznického and Sybil Wartenberg from the period around 1581.

Jinošov již před rokem 1749 užíval obecní pečeti se dvěma zkříženými klíči v pečetním poli. Oba klíče – zlatý odemykací a stříbrný zamykací byly přeneseny i do návrhu obecních symbolů. Zelené pozadí obou klíčů symbolizuje zemědělský charakter obce. Znak obce byl pak doplněn o figury nejvýznamnějších majitelů Jinošova – lev jako znak Březnických z Náchoda a beraní hlava jako znak hrabat z Haugwitz na původních barvách pozadí – žluté a červené.
